I was renting an apartment and when my lease was about to expire, I decided to look into buying a condo as an investment. I found an interesting place on the internet, so I called Pat and asked her opinion.  She arranged for me to visit the condo the very next day, and I loved it. Pat walked me through everything that needed to be done and connected me with the mortgage company immediately. Pat helped me negotiate the best deal of my life! I ended up buying the property for 21,000 less than the asking price, and I moved in five weeks after I first inquired about it. That was 5 years ago and I've outgrown the condo, so I'm about to call Pat to list the condo for sale and to help me find a new house since my family has grown. I've already started packing because I know that once I call Pat, things are going to happen really fast! Upon learning of my husband's professional relocation to Georgia, we interviewed several agents to list our home, all of whom we were impressed with. Upon meeting Pat Jones, however, we had an instant personal connection with her. Like the others, she was professional and knowledgable, but she had a genuine  and personal caring for our home, and for our unique relocation situation. We had only three months to sell our home, before we had to sell it to my husband's company. My husband Randall and I ventured out on our first house hunt a few years ago and were referred to Pat by some close friends of ours.  "I am a Medford resident who currently owns a property but a personal situation required me to have to search for a private home for rent within the area.  This was new territory for me since I have never rented before and really didn't know where to start.  I was very fortunate to have found Pat Jones of Weichert Realtors here in the Medford office.
